SDCC Memorial Day Scholastic tournament was a completely FREE event. 90 kids showed and played in 3 sections.

SDCC March Scholastic went very smooth with 124 scholastic players in 5 sections (Elite, Open, U800, U500 and U300)  see standings/tiebreaks.

5 team trophies for SDCC kids:  2nd place in K3 Open, 2nd place in K6 Open Varsity, 3rd place in K5 U800, 3rd place in K5 Open and 3rd place in K6 U900.

September Scholastic club meeting took place with more than 60 participants.  Huge thanks to all our volunteers for chess instruction.

SDCC scholastic team had our very first official team match with Temecula Chess Club. Match was played in 3 quads. 12 from each side.
